At the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collectible purchase. If your item isn't a home run, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your bobbleheads in their original museum-quality packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; we will track the journey back to our Hall of Fame warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
